Conclave award titles (Edu Legend, Lifetime Achievement, Edu Icon, School Award, Super 30) are proprietary IP of Mimamsa and may not be reproduced without authorisation.
5. User-Submitted Content
By submitting nominations, registrations, testimonials or other content, you grant Mimamsa a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display such content for programme-related purposes. You warrant that your submission does not infringe any third-party rights.
6. Event Participation
- Registrations for conclaves and programmes are confirmed only after written confirmation from Mimamsa.
- Mimamsa reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its sole discretion.
- Photographs and videos captured at events may be used in Mimamsa's marketing and communications materials, unless you opt-out in writing prior to the event.
- Award nominations are reviewed by an independent panel; nomination does not guarantee selection.
7. Third-Party Links & Services
The website may contain links to third-party platforms (YouTube, partner universities, sponsors, social channels). Mimamsa does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, policies or practices of any third-party site.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
